Private Label Rights Content

I started writing this post with my hands paused over the keyboard. I know the topic I want to write about, the idea is there, but for some reason I am stuck. It is difficult to write from scratch sometimes. That is where private label rights content or PLR content can come in handy.

Creating quality content is crucial to a successful blog and online business. If your content is crappy, then no one will read, or share it. The reader may comment and tell you that your content sucks. So, what do you do?

Do you search the web and use the content from someone else’s page? Of course not! That would be plagiarism. You do not want that hanging over your head.

You can spend countless hours trying to come up with the content yourself. Alternatively, you can use the done-for-you content.

What is Private Label Rights Content or PLR?

Private Label Rights ContentPrivate label rights content is content that you buy from the original creator and use as your own. The seller of the private label rights content gives a license for use to the buyer. The permit specifies if the buyer can use the material as is, change or resell it as their own.

The buyer can then use the content in a variety of way as long as it does not violate the license. You can use it as is or as inspiration to create content that is more suited to you, your business and your audience.

Where Can I Find PLR Content

Private label rights content is a fantastic tool. It saves you time, money and so much effort in your online business. You can buy PLR from a content creator or freelance writer. You can also buy them as part of a package of various content.

You can find private label rights content on various PLR membership sites. These membership sites provide some free content, but they also offer premium options.

Whether you choose to use free content or buy content, you must do your due diligence. Ultimately, you know your business and your customer best. It is your responsibility to provide high quality and accurate content.

Fiverr

Private Label Rights Content

Fiverr is a platform that connects freelancers and clients. You can find freelancers from various parts of the world that offers a variety of services.

You can buy private label rights content from sellers on Fiverr for pennies on the dollar. The only issue with those materials is that they could be better written. They are suitable for getting ideas for your content creation or for giving to someone to edit. You can use them as is, but it is not wise.

If you want original and high-quality content, a freelance writer is your best choice. That way you are working with an individual and get to know the writing they produce.

What I like about Fiverr is that you can find a freelancer in the United States or overseas. Overseas content creators are usually more affordable than those in the United States. It is crucial to use wisdom when you choose a foreign freelance content creator.

Private Label Rights ContentI recommend choosing a freelancer that is fluent in the language of the content you need. A non-native speaker can produce fantastic content. However, I suggest that you get a sample before hiring.

If you are using a freelancer from Fiverr, I recommend reading their gig and their reviews. You can also ask for a portfolio to review as well. Most Freelancers offer revisions up to a specified amount. That is usually on their gig description.

Content Sparks

Private Label Rights ContentContent Sparks is another site you can use to buy PLR content. This company focuses on content for business and marketing. It is ideal for online entrepreneurs and internet marketers. They write their material very well. I like that they provide you with a guide on how to use their content.

The guide is excellent, so you can get the most profitability out of the content you purchased. Content Sparks also offer a free sample to download so you can check the quality of their content. Click here to check out Content Sparks.

What can you do with PLR?

You can use PLR content in various ways to make a profit:

  • You can use sections of your done-for-you material as a freebie or lead magnet. It is ideal for getting more people to subscribe to your email list or upgrade to a paid course or program.
  • You can use the content to create slides and speaking notes for a webinar or training video. It will enable you to provide quality content to your audience. It also helps you to get new followers and subscribers to your list.
  • You can use it to create a complete or mini online course. Alternatively, you can add coaching or a consultant program to increase profit.
  • You can use it as part of your email autoresponder sequence or as an email course. It can also be useful as a way to pre-sell an online course
  • You can create an ebook to sell or give away as a bonus.
  • It can be an addition to a membership site as a resource to increase learning.

Is PLR for me?

After all this information, I bet you are asking yourself if PLR is for you? Well at the end of the day only you can decide if the done-for-you content is a right fit for you and your business.

I have always been the one to say work smarter not harder. Running an online business is already complicated as it is. If there is a way to save time, effort and money, PLR content is that way.

One way I look at it is that I am supporting another business owner while I build my own business. So it is win-win for everyone involved. I benefit because I do not have to spend countless hours trying to produce content from scratch.

The content creator makes a living by providing their content. Moreover, my audience, clients, and customers received accurate and relevant content.

Conclusion

In conclusion, I will reiterate that you do your research before you download or invest in PLR. Make sure that the quality of the content is worth your hard-earned cash. Ensure that it is appropriate for you, your business and your audience.

Also, remember that PLR content is a digital product. It is not possible to return a downloaded product for a refund. Most companies provide you with enough insights into their product before you buy. If they don’t, you don’t hesitate to ask.

I hope you find value in this post. Please leave your question or feedback in the comment section below. I look forward to hearing from you.

  1. Hello Marsha, great insight into the PLR issue. You are right to remind your readers to do their due diligence when searching for promotional material for their enterprise. Unfortunately, there are many instances where outdated and useless material is used for PLR.

  2. Very interesting article about PLR. I had not heard of it prior to reading. As a blogger myself, I can see many practical uses of this content. I also really like that it can be free. I normally can easily come up with ideas to write about, but the idea that I can save so much time and still be able to contribute to my site is very appealing. Thanks very much for sharing this important info. Tom

  3. I also use Fiverr and recommend them highly, as long as you do your research on the prospective freelancer. I agree that at some point we will all need some help and may need to outsource some of our content, logos, traffic help, and many other functions available at Fiverr.
Thanks for the valuable PLR information.

    1. Hi Curtis, Absolutely, it is important to do research on the prospective freelancer. You will not hire an employee on the fly without proper interviewing. It should not be any difference when hiring a freelancer. In my opinion. I use Fiverr all the time as well. It is great for outsourcing a variety of task. I am glad that you found value in the PLR information I provided.

  4. What a nice post you wrote! I really enjoyed reading it and I could not be silent about your post so I decided to leave my comment here and say Thank You! For sharing this quality post with others.

    1. Hi Ali, I am glad that you landed on my website. Thank you for taking the time to read my post. I am glad that it provided some value to you. I intend to continue to provide value-rich content on this site to keep coming back.

  5. Hi Marsha, Thanks for taking the time to educate us about PLR. I had a rudimentary idea about this subject, but you have given me so much more to think about now. I am also very impressed by this website overall. I too am a Registered Nurse, from Australia. I have been a nurse for 25 years, but have been self employed for half of those years with my various businesses. I have always loved the diversity, challenges, time freedom and multiple income streams that being an entrepreneur offers me. Thanks for sharing your passion with other nurses.

    1. Hi Rachel,
I am glad that I was able to shed some light on this subject for you. Entrepreneurship is a passion for me. I just want to share it with everyone I know. Anytime someone asks me what I am passionate about I start talking about business and empowering others to start their own businesses. I hope to visit Australia sometime in the near future. Let me know if there are any other topics you recommend that I cover. Keep in touch okay fellow RN.

  6. Thank you for this post. I honestly needed to read it because I am doing a lot of writing but often find myself either not wanting to or not taking enough time. I heard about fiver but content sparks is new to me.

Would you suggest getting a certain amount of trafic or learning a certain amount about the way posts should be written before PLR?

    Thanks

    1. Hi Kayla,

I think it is definitely important to know how to write your posts. Remember PLR can be used as is but I do not recommend using it as is because you want to make sure that any content you put out needs to have your unique style and voice. Once you know your style you can convey that to the freelancer. But I always suggest that you edit any PLR so it suits you and your target audience.

  7. Very interesting! I didn’t know what PLR was prior to reading this.

I might look into Fiverr just to see what it is all about and educate myself more on the topic.

    Thanks for the read!

    1. Hi Brandon,

Fiverr is only a platform where you can hire freelancers. Content Sparks is only one company that provides PLR content. There content is very well written. I am delighted that you found value in my post.

  8. Hi Marsha,

I am not a native Englis speaker as well, so I am familiar with the feeling. To resolve my problem, I turned to Fiverr. I found a few fantastic writers to work with. I write my stuff and let them fix it and tweak it some more. However, PLR is something new to me so I will check it out. Thanks for the info!

    All the best,
    Ivan
